AtelierKit is a product of Appcific Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN available on request), a company registered in New South Wales, Australia. You can reach us at hello@atelierkit.com.

We collect only your email address, and only when you voluntarily submit it via our waitlist form. We do not collect your name, location, device information, or any other personal data through this website.

Your email address is used solely to notify you when AtelierKit becomes available for download. We will not send you marketing emails, share your address with third parties, or use it for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Waitlist data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure, which may be located in the United States. AWS maintains industry-standard security controls. Your email address is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party.

AtelierKit — the mobile application — collects no personal data. No account is required. Only anonymous, non-identifiable crash and performance data is collected to help us improve app stability — this data cannot be traced back to you.

AtelierKit uses Apple iCloud (CloudKit) to sync your project metadata across your Apple devices. This data is stored in your private iCloud account and is:

• Encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple
• Accessible only to your Apple ID
• Not stored on our servers or accessible to us
• Not used for advertising, analytics, or any purpose other than syncing your projects

iCloud sync works automatically when you are signed into iCloud. No additional sign-up is required. If iCloud is unavailable, the app works fully offline with local data.

The app collects anonymous crash reports and performance diagnostics solely to identify and fix technical issues. This data:

• Does not include your name, email, or any identifying information
• Is not linked to you or your device identity
• Is used exclusively to improve app stability and performance
• Is never used for advertising or shared with third parties for commercial purposes

The app requests access to your camera and photo library to enable colour analysis and grid overlay features. All image processing happens locally on your device. No photos or images are uploaded or transmitted to our servers. Reference images may be synced to your private iCloud account for cross-device access in a future update.

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data at any time
• Withdraw consent for us to contact you
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@atelierkit.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We retain your email address until one of the following occurs: (a) we send you a launch notification and a reasonable period has passed, (b) you request deletion, or (c) we discontinue the waitlist. After that point your data is permanently deleted.

This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics. No third-party tracking scripts are loaded.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the website or app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
